Building Racial Equity in the Monadnock Region

Community members (like you!) asked The Local Crowd (TLC) Monadnock to support Equity projects in our region. Here’s our first — of hopefully many projects — building Racial Equity in the Monadnock Region.

Gail Somers, owner of Yahso Jamaican Grille and Diversity, Inclusion, and Racial Equity Community Organizer, and Monadnock Food Co-op will host a series of roundtables to build a Racial Equity Growth Plan. The plan’s goal is to eliminate racial inequities in our area and improve the outcomes for all racial groups.
