The Carroll County Food Access Network (CCFAN) is a group created 2021 to be a resource to optimize access to affordable, nutritious, food for all people with effort focused on supporting the local food system in Carroll County, NH. In collaboration with UNH Extension, CCFAN received a grant to conduct a needs assessment research study to learn more about access to food, including local food. Through this study they will work to increase and improve access to healthy, affordable food in our county.
CCFAN is seeking out community members, over 18, to participate in a Community Food Access Survey to help them learn more about the needs of the community, They are also
asking farmers and producers who live, work or sell their products in Carroll County to complete the brief survey to help them learn more about the lived experience in the community.
