Farm Credit East recently released a report “Grants and Incentives for Northeast Agriculture” – This 65-page report catalogues all the grants they could identify from federal, state, and local sources. It’s organized by category (i.e. beginning farmers, conservation, energy, etc.), and then by state. Included are brief descriptions of each grant, eligible recipients, funding ranges, and links to the applicable web sites.
Note that because many grants repeat on annual cycles, not all grants listed are open for applications at this time, but we included those that we believe will re-open for future applications.
