Cameron Huftalen

Cameron is a project manager at Vital Communities in White River Junction, working on agriculture, climate, and local economy projects across the Upper Valley. Their current slate of projects are focused on strengthening local food systems, connecting grassroots community action groups to one another and to resources, and uplifting creative economic and resource sharing initiatives. Prior to working with Vital Communities, Cameron worked with the Kearsarge Food Hub in Bradford, NH for several years connecting local farmers to market outlets and growing a community of folks invested in connecting to their local food system. They are particularly interested in cultivating food sovereignty and strengthening local food systems through community organizing.
