Led by Elizabeth Roma at Roma's Butchery in South Royalton, participants will spend two days learning about poultry, lamb, and goat butchery skills. This is a wonderful opportunity for hands-on learning and skill building for those interested in entering a career in meat processing or generally curious to learn more about butchery basics. Participants will receive an entry-level meat cutting knife as well as a share of meats that they will have prepared in the training. 

Cost: $495 (they accept VSAC Advancement Grants and AmeriCorps stipends)
