Maud Bentley, the organization's Director of Creative & Marketing, and Jordan Amaker, Director of Advocacy and Communications, will discuss their membership program, their experience adopting new membership management software, and the innovative resources they provide to their members. Both Maud and Jordan have been on staff with the organization for 9+ years and have helped navigate through a few different membership management platforms. They'll share what they've learned along the way.
