Analena Bruce, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Food Systems in the Department of Agriculture, Nutrition & Food Systems at the University of New Hampshire. She is the lead author of the Food Hubs & Collaborative Marketing brief and a contributing author on the Direct to Consumer & Consumer Education brief for the NH Food & Agriculture Strategic Plan.
