Cornucopia Project

Lauren is the Executive Director of the Cornucopia Project, a New Hampshire nonprofit that promotes lifetime healthy eating through garden, kitchen, and farm education, serving pre-k through12 schools in NH. She is a contributing author on the Food System Literacy, Early Childhood and School-Age Children brief for the NH Food & Agriculture Strategic Plan.

Lauren has a professional background in business management, startups, and food systems education. For fifteen years, Lauren has worked in nonprofits and startups with the focus areas of food, farming and wellness, located in NH, VT, CO, HI, and Southern India. In addition to her role with the Cornucopia Project, Lauren serves as a State of NH Supervisor for the Hillsborough County Conservation District. She also provides consulting services to NH-based nonprofits involved with conservation and agriculture. Lauren is the President of Pack Mountain Farm in Temple, NH which produces berries, vegetables and fruit, using organic practices. Her educational background includes a MBA in Nonprofit Sustainability from Antioch University and a Dual B.A. in Social Psychology and Sociology with a minor in Cultural Anthropology. Lauren is part of the 2024 cohort for Antioch University's degree program: Phd Leadership and Change.
