Peter S. Erickson, Ph.D., is a Professor of Dairy Management in the College of Life Science and Agriculture at the University of New Hampshire, and a Dairy Specialist with UNH Extension. He is the lead author of the Dairy brief for the NH Food & Agriculture Strategic Plan.
