The Black Farmer Fund (BFF) just launched the Black Farmers Thriving series. It shares the stories of Black business owners that are a part of the Pilot Cohort (the first round of businesses to receive grants or investments from BFF's $1 Million Pilot Fund). Throughout the video series, each business owner has a chance to share what has brought them to land, what has kept them there, and reflect on the significance of being a Black land steward today. The intention of the video series is to shift the narrative of the story of Black farmers being one of deprivation and disparity to one that shows our community members acting in their freedom and thriving on the land.
