This class will introduce you to brewing kombucha, herbal beers, and wild-fermented sodas at home. Helen will guide us through essential tools, fermentation techniques, carbonation tips, and safety protocols—covering a little bit of everything to get you started. Plus, each ticket includes a pint of Auspicious Brew’s own kombucha to enjoy!
